The undergraduate experience at the Annual Meeting, through the Students of Agronomy, Soil & Environmental Sciences (SASES) program features a special program of sessions, contests, networking, social activities, an awards banquet, and tours. The program is developed by the SASES Officers, advisors, and committees. This is a unique opportunity to experience a scientific meeting, present and compete, meet other students beyond your university (who will be your peers throughout your career), network, and meet prospective employers. Heading to grad school? There will be a session and opportunities to connect with grad school reps from many universities as well!
Planning for undergraduate activities at the Annual Meeting is happening with your SASES Officers! Most of the SASES sessions will happen on October 28-30. Starting on Saturday, October 28th, with tours, and running through Monday, October 30th.
SASES Tours!Tours are exclusively for undergraduates and advisors. All tours will take place Saturday, November 5th, 2022. You may choose which tour you'd like to go on when you submit your registration for the Annual Meeting. The tour descriptions will be updated regularly, and tour stops are subject to change as the planning process continues! Tours will leave around 6:30 AM from the Baltimore Convention Center and return around 4:30 PM. All tours will include lunch and snacks as part of registration, but be sure to eat breakfast beforehand! Please direct any questions to Brigid Moran at Send Message

Registration: Undergraduate registration rate covers admission to all SASES programs, including select meal functions and socials, AND admission to all ASA, CSSA and SSSA non-ticketed Annual Meeting functions. Registration does not include a SASES tour.
Membership: Registration rate for Undergrad Members is less than Undergrad Nonmembers. As an undergrad, you can join one, two, or all three societies for only $24. Save serious money by joining and then registering for the meetings. Sign up for membership today!
