Society committees and other organizations may submit requests for meetings and receptions to be held at the Annual Meeting. Meeting space is charged by increments of 4 hours. Space is limited, so it's best to submit your request early! Requests submitted before June 13, 2023 have a higher possibility of being able to secure the requested space. Payment is required prior to confirmation. Fee is only refundable if unable to provide appropriate meeting space. The final deadline to submit requests is Friday, September 22, 2023.
